Love it. Have had zero problems with it. Small, comfortable, very clean on both ends of the conversation, simple to use. Syncs up easily with multiple phones.
Unfortunately, I lost it within a week. I have minor problems setting it up at the beginning but it was fixed after I turned it off and on. The product works as advertised. It has no problem pairing with the iphone.
Something happens after some use that the incoming call tone stops working so if you leave your phone in silence mode you`ll never notice some is calling you. You can hear nice and clear and every body hears you.
I use this mostly when riding on my bike and I definitely have to slow down to understand incoming calls and to be heard by the other party. The buttons are big enough to operate even with gloves on although the volume buttons are in a slightly awkward position for that.Due to the relatively open design it does not do so well in windy conditions. The ear loop is small enough that it does not interfere with my glasses.
As a coffee addict the name caught my eye and since the price was good and the specs seemed OK I ordered it. Fit takes some work as it does not have the in-ear rubber plugs like the Plantronics. I needed a replacement for my broken Plantronics BT headset but did not want to spend too much.
But the unit is quite flexible and adjustable so I was able to find a good position quickly. A minor inconvenience for me because I don't usually make long calls while riding.Overall this is a very nice headset and definitely a bargain. No regrets.The design is nice and the unit works well.
Pairing with my phone is quick and reliable and both incoming and outgoing sound quality is good.
Recommended to my friend, he loves it too. I love it. Great product. Lightweight, functional, better than those other overpriced Noise Reduction models.
